These terms are an agreement between you and The Next Gen AI Co (Mission, Texas, USA) for using Daily Vows: Marriage & Family.
Who can use Daily Vows
You must be 18 or older. Keep your sign-in private, and only link with your own spouse or partner.
Not therapy or emergency help
Daily Vows, including the AI coach, gives general ideas for connection. It is not counseling, therapy, medical, or legal advice, and it is not for emergencies. AI answers can be wrong — use your own judgment. If anyone is in danger, call 911 or see our Get Help page.
Your content
What you write belongs to you. You give us permission to store it and show it to you and your linked spouse so the app works. Don't post anything illegal, hateful, or that harms someone else.
Membership
Memberships renew automatically until you cancel. If you subscribed in the Android app, manage or cancel it in Google Play. If you subscribed on our website, manage it from the Membership page. Refunds follow the rules of the store you bought from. One membership covers you and your linked spouse.
Changes and ending
We may update the app or these terms. You can stop using Daily Vows and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the app.
Limits
Daily Vows is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, The Next Gen AI Co isn't liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA.
